Ingredients
- 2 x 125g salmon fillets
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tsp freshly chopped dill
- 3 tbsp white wine
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Sprinkle the salmon with the dill and lemon zest and leave to one side.
Add the wine and lemon juice as well as 1 cup of water. Place the steaming rack in the inner pot and put the fish on top then close the lid, leaving the pressure release valve in the OPEN position and select the STEAM function and then the POACH FISH program. Press START.
When cooking is finished open the lid (it is not a pressure cook function) and carefully remove the hot salmon.
Serve as above.
