This summer we have been celebrating food from all corners of the world and bringing authentic and delicious meals to a screen near you.
We wanted to share the Taste of Summer journey so far, picking out our favourite recipes that we have collated in the past few weeks. Try not to get too hungry!
Taste of Summer takes on Spanish cuisine
The first week of Taste of Summer took us to sunny Spain and we created dishes from the classic tapas dish of Patatas Bravas to flavourful and savoury dishes like Tortilla de Patatas.
Obviously, we couldn’t have Spanish week without a paella (or two!) and another one of our highlights was our best ever Chicken and Chorizo Paella. Trust us, if seafood isn’t your thing, this dish is a must.
Indian food explored
Following Spanish week, we jetted off to India to explore some of the tastiest recipes you can imagine. We had a hand from expert foodies Sandhya’s Kitchen and Shemin to help master these recipes and provide you with meals that are guaranteed to be a hit.

Come rain or shine in British summer
British Summer was our next stop in our Taste of Summer tour; and if you haven’t tried our Scotch Eggs yet, um, why not?!
With Wimbledon so close, we knew there was only one way to celebrate. Strawberry and Pimms Jam in the CleverChef is much tastier than anything shop bought and is the perfect partner for our Giant Lemonade Scone recipe. Yep, we said giant.
Taste of Summer celebrates 4th July
4th July means only one thing. Incredible, American food that is fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
That’s exactly what we did with our Sticky BBQ Ribs. If you’re looking for a recipe that will get people running to the table, there’s only one thing for it. Cheese. Stuffed. Burgers. Serve your Cheese Stuffed Burgers in a bun with crisp lettuce, slices of tomato and a gherkin or two and you have the Taste of Summer on a plate. Delish.
Make every meal a fiesta with Mexico week
Our Taste of Summer journey then brought us to Mexico. We wanted to help you cook up a real fiesta with everything from tasty Chicken Burrito Bowls to mouth-watering Jackfruit Tacos.
However, we know that our Fajita Stack recipe is about to become your new favourite recipe, amigos. This showstopper is the perfect meal for everyone to dive into for a weekend treat. A sprinkle of cheese, some guac and salsa and you’re ready for a fiesta.
The Taste of Thailand
When it comes to Thai cooking, Taste of Summer wouldn’t be complete without it!
Our traditional Vegetable Pad Thai, made in the CleverChef is quick and bursting with Thai flavour. Just scatter over some chopped peanuts and a squeeze of lime to really bring your meal to life.
