Ingredients
½ tbsp oil
2 salmon fillets (150g – 175g each)
4-5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
250g broccoli, broken into florets
85g sugar snap peas

The Method
Spread the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets. Cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (2-3 minutes).
Mix the broccoli and sugar snaps in the oil. Add these to the air fryer and place the salmon fillets on top (spoon over any extra of the marinade left in the bowl).
Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon and vegetables are cooked through.
