Lemon & Garlic King Prawns
These juicy prawns coated in a classic pairing of lemon and garlic are ready in a matter of minutes. This is fast food at its simplest and best.
Uncooked king prawns, 400g peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon zest and juice
2 gloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper

In a bowl, add the prawns, oil, lemon zest and juice, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the prawns evenly.
Leave to marinade for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (2-3 minutes). Line the bottom of the fry basket with pierced parchment paper.
Place the prawns into the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes. (Keep an eye on them, cooking time will depend on the size of the prawns, and you don’t want them to be under or overcooked).
Serve the prawns with a sprinkle of parsley and crusty bread.
