Nacho-crumb chicken mini fillets
Super simple to make, these crisp covered chicken fillets give that extra depth of flavour, perfect for sharing!
500g chicken mini fillets
170g packet nachos
1 egg, lightly whisked
50g plain flour
Suitable for: Drew&Cole 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer (4L)
Place the chicken in a bowl. Cover with the buttermilk. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
Crush the nachos until crumbed, add to a shallow dish. In another two shallow dishes add the egg to one and the flour to another.
Dip the chicken in the flour, then in the egg, then in the nacho crumbs.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (2-3 minutes).
Air fry for 12-16 minutes.
