Ingredients
320g ready rolled puff pastry sheet
6 pork sausages
2 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp chopped thyme
½ tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

The Method
Squeeze the meat from the sausages into a bowl and mix with the thyme.
Unravel the pastry and spread the chutney down the centre, then add the sausage meat on top.
Brush the egg wash along the bottom of the puff pastry with a pastry brush. Bring the pastry around the meat and seal the edges with a fork, then cut into eight rolls.
Use a sharp knife to cut a small slit in the top of each sausage roll, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (2-3 minutes).
Place the sausage rolls in the fry basket and air fry for 12-14 minutes until the pastry is golden and crispy.
