4 jacket potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Suitable for: Drew&Cole 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer (4L)
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (2-3 minutes).
Rub the potatoes all over with a little oil and salt.
Add the potatoes to the fry basket and cook for 45 – 60 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.
Remove when the middle is soft when pierced.
Slice open and serve with your choice of toppings.
