Ingredients
½ tbsp oil
2 corn on the cobs
To Serve:
30g butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ lime zest and juice
½ tsp chilli flakes
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
30g of crumbled feta

The Method
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (2-3 minutes).
Lightly coat the corn with oil and cook for 12-14 minutes or until tender and slightly charred, turning corn over halfway through cooking.
Meanwhile, stir together butter, garlic, lime zest and juice in a small microwavable bowl.
Microwave until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Place corn on a platter and pour over butter mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, feta and coriander, Serve immediately.
