Ingredients
1 large potato
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp flakey sea salt
Cracked black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

The Method
Peel and thinly slice your potato.
Soak the potato slices in a bowl of cold water for 20 minutes, drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Once dry coat the potato slices in the oil, ½ tsp salt and some freshly cracked pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (2-3 minutes).
Add the slices to the air fryer and cook for 10 – 12 minutes, turning every couple of minutes.
Once cooked, place the crisps in a large bowl and a sprinkle over the rosemary and extra salt.
