Knockout potato wedges that are fluffy inside and super-crisp on the outside. A great addition to any family meal.
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic granules
Salt & pepper
Suitable for: Drew&Cole 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer (4L)
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (2-3 minutes).
Cut the potatoes into wedges. Wash in cold water to remove excess starch. Drain well and pat dry.
Add the wedges to a bowl with the oil and spices and salt & pepper. Mix well so that all the wedges are coated.
Arrange a single layer of wedges in the air fryer (cook in batches if you need to).
Cook for 18-20 minutes. Serve with plenty of sauce for dipping.
