Super easy restaurant-style Halloumi fries. Golden and crispy – dunk into your favourite sauce
2 x 225g blocks halloumi
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp plain flour
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
Suitable for: Drew&Cole 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer (4L)
Mix the flouring & seasoning in a bowl. Slice the halloumi into sticks/fries.
Dip each stick into the flour mix and spray with a little oil.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (2-3 minutes).
Add the halloumi sticks to the air fryer in a single layer (cook in batches if required) and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
