A family favourite, even better homemade - perfect for the weekend.


500g lean ground beef 

1 tsp dried oregano 

Salt & pepper  

4 burger buns  

4 slices of cheese (Optional) 

Burger toppings of your choice 

Suitable for: Drew&Cole 8-in-1 Digital Air Fryer (4L)

The Method

Mix the beef, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Use your hands to form the beef mixture into patties (approx. 8cm diameter).

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (2 – 3 minutes).

Place the burger patties into the fry basket in a single layer (cook in batches depending on the size of the burgers).

Spray the basket with a little oil and air fry for 10-15 minutes.

If topping with cheese – add 1-2 minutes before cooking time has finished.

While the burgers are cooking, slice the burger buns and prepare any other ingredients.

When the patties have finished cooking, remove from the air fryer, place in the burger buns and add your favourite toppings and sauces.

Note: Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature has reached at least 75C.
