Roasted Pancetta Sprouts
Sprouts are a Christmas dinner staple but aren’t always the most popular!
Try roasting your sprouts with pancetta or bacon for a side dish that will be enjoyed by all your guests.
1 tbsp butter
1Kg Brussel sprouts, peeled and quartered
2 shallots, peeled and sliced
75g pancetta (or smoked bacon) chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Select the SAUTE function, press START then add the butter and allow to melt.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir regularly for ~10 minutes until the sprouts have browned all over, then cancel the SAUTE function.
