Microwave Scrambled Eggs

A delicious breakfast made fast and easy without all the mess!

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tbsp milk (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or non-stick cooking spray

The Method

Crack the eggs into a microwaveable bowl or mug. Add the milk (if desired), salt, and pepper. You can adjust the amount of milk to your preference; it makes the eggs creamier but is optional.

Use a fork or small whisk to beat the eggs and mix them with the milk and seasonings. Stir until the mixture is well combined and the yolks are fully incorporated with the whites.

Place a small amount of butter or non-stick cooking spray in the bowl or mug to prevent the eggs from sticking.

Select the Microwave function, the power will be on full (HIGH P100), press Start to confirm the power. Adjust the cooking time to 20 seconds with the control knob, then press the Start.

Microwave the eggs in 20-30 second intervals. Start by microwaving for 20 seconds, then pause to check the eggs. Stir the eggs with a fork to distribute the heat evenly. Continue microwaving for 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the eggs are just set. The total time takes about 1-2 minutes.

Serve your microwave scrambled eggs with toast, cheese, or any other toppings you like.
