Ingredients
400g whole cherries, pitted and halved (or frozen cherries)
500ml water
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cloves
1 lemon, zest and juice
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
300ml soured cream

The Method
Add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
Put the lid on and select the CHUNKY function.
When the program has finished, open then close the lid to reset your Soup Chef. Use the SMOOTH+ function to pulse your soup once before removing the lid.
Leave to cool then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
