Delicious cheese-stuffed burgers
Here in the UK, the idea of steaming a burger may seem a little odd. However, it’s not all that weird across the pond. If you’re looking to cook extremely juicy and tasty burgers then this is definitely the way to go.
Our cheese-stuffed burger recipe is inspired by the folks over in Connecticut who are believed to have invented the steamed cheeseburger way back in the 1920s. Nothing says 4th July more than a bit of American history!
