Ingredients
4 crumpets
100g spinach
200g cream cheese
60g smoked Salmon
1 tbsp dill chopped (optional)
Suitable for: Rapid Toaster
The Method
Cook the spinach in boiling water once it has wilted (1-2mins) drain and squeeze out any excess liquid.
Toast the crumpets.
Mix together the dill and cream cheese, or leave the cream cheese plain, which ever you prefer. Spread on the crumpets.
Layer on the wilted spinach and the smoked salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
