Ingredients
1 handful egg noodles
1 tbsp miso paste
3 x slices cooked chicken breast
1 handful beansprouts
1 handful mushrooms, sliced
1 handful carrot, thinly sliced
1 pinch spring onion, sliced
1 pinch fresh ginger, chopped
1 x pak choi leaves

The Method
Add all the ingredients to a 500ml glass jar and stir to combine.
Add 100°C water to the jar around 3/4 of the way full.
Leave to stand for ~2 minutes to cook through, then leave to cool slightly before serving.
