Ingredients
4 slices sourdough
80g Stilton cheese
40g mixed salad leaves
1 pear cored and sliced
25g chopped walnuts
DRESSING:
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper

The Method
Toast the bread while you make the dressing, mix together the olive oil, white wine vinegar and season.
Pile the salad leaves onto the toasted sourdough and drizzle over the dressing. Top with the pear, crumble over the Stilton and scatter with walnut pieces.
