Ingredients
1 tbsp olive or cooking oil
1 onion, diced
1 celery stick, finely chopped
2 bay leaves
135g puy lentils
150g basmati rice
500ml chicken (or vegetable) stock
100g sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
150g spinach
4 x sea bass fillets
1 lime
Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Select the SAUTE function and adjust the time to 10 minutes, then press START. Add the oil and allow to heat.
Add the onion and celery and stir regularly for ~7 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the rice, lentils and bay leaves and stir until the program ends.
Add the stock then close the lid. Select the DIY function and adjust the temperature to 100°C and the time to 8 minutes, then press START.
Meanwhile, coat the seabass in ½ the lime zest and juice, and cut the other half of the lime in to 4 wedges.
Open the lid and stir in the tomatoes. Place the steamer tray in to the Clever Chef and add the seabass, then close the lid.
Select the DIY function and adjust the temperature to 100°C and the time to 8 minutes, then press START.
After 6 minutes, open lid and remove the steamer tray. Stir in the spinach and replace steamer, close lid and cook until the end of the program.
