Ingredients
8 pork sausages
1 onion, sliced
1 x 400g can cannellini beans
1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of flour
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ glass of red wine (optional)
1 tsp of tomato purée
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
570ml chicken stock (or vegetable)

The Method
Select the SAUTE function and press START, then add the sausages and rotate regularly to slightly brown on all sides, then remove and set aside.
Add the onion and stir regularly for ~3 minutes until they begin to brown. Add the garlic and stir for a further 1 minute, then add the flour and tomato purée.
Stir in the wine and tomatoes a little bit at a time to ensure the flour doesn’t go lumpy. Put the sausages back in along with the rest of the ingredients then press CANCEL.
Close the lid and select the STEW function, then press START.
When the program has finished press CANCEL then open the lid and give your casserole a good stir before serving.
