Ingredients
2-3 pears
25g butter
100g brie, sliced
Chopped walnuts
Cranberry sauce

The Method
Slice the pears in half lengthways then use a corer or a teaspoon to scoop out the pips.
Add half of the butter to the inner pot. Select the SAUTE function and gradually stir the butter until melted, then cancel the SAUTE function.
Divide the rest of the butter between your halves of pears adding a small amount to each of the dips you created when coring them.
Add 2 slices of brie to each half of pair, then top with a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
Lay the pear halves in the base of the inner pot. Close the lid and select the BAKE function then adjust the time to 45 minutes.
When the program has finished, open the lid and carefully take out your pears, then top with some cranberry sauce before serving.
