Ingredients
25g unsalted butter
100g pudding rice
50g caster sugar
700ml whole milk

The Method
Select the FRY function, press START, then add the butter and allow to melt. Add the rice and sugar and stir to combine.
Add the milk and bring to the boil then press CANCEL.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the RICE function and press START.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the SLOW RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
