Ingredients
• Small knob of butter
• 100g short grain pudding rice
• 750ml whole milk
• 30g caster sugar

The Method
Use a small amount of butter to grease the bottom of the inner pot, then add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
Close the lid and select the SLOW COOK HIGH function, then press START.
After around 1 hour of cooking, lift the lid and give your pudding a good stir to prevent sticking, then close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
