Poached Smoked Haddock
This light healthy fish dish has wonderful sweet flavours and is great for quick lunches.
This is best served with some white sauce made from the milk used for poaching, with some fresh greens on the side.
2 smoked haddock fillets
150ml semi skimmed milk
2 sprigs of parsley
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Add the milk and parsley, then close the lid and select the POACH function and press START.
When the correct temperature is reached, the CleverChef will beep to alert you.
Open the lid and add the haddock, then close the lid and press START.
