Ingredients
1 medium-sized potato, peeled
20g butter, melted
Salt and pepper
½ tsp oil

The Method
Cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes then drain and set aside until cool enough to handle.
Coarsely grate the potatoes into a bowl, season well with salt and pepper and stir in the melted butter.
Shape into a oval, pressing the grated potato together.
Add the oil to the preheated 5 Minute CleverChef, carefully add the hash brown and close the lid.
Cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve as part of an English fry up.
