How much soup does it cook?

The maximum capacity of the product is 1600ml, which can make up to 5 portions of soup, depending on the size of the bowl.

Can I wash the lid?

You can use the auto-clean function, however do not immerse your Soup Maker in water or any other liquid

Why does my Soup Maker have no power?

The lid is likely not fitted correctly. Refit the lid and check that the power cord is correctly fitted, and the socket is switched on.

My Soup Maker stopped working during cooking, what happened?

There is likely to be too much liquid or food in the container, ensure you do not overfill your Soup Maker.

Why is my food not blended or completely cooked?

The ingredients may have been cut into pieces that are too large, make sure you cut all ingredients into approximately 2cm pieces. There may also be too many ingredients, or not enough water.

What can I use to clean my Soup Maker?

You can clean it with water and soap, but please refer to the instruction manual for guidance of how to clean the product. Never immerse the lid in water or any other liquid, do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners to clean your Soup Maker.

How long does it take to make soup?

30 minutes on the Extra Smooth setting, 28 minutes on the Chunky setting, and 21 minutes on the Smooth setting.

Can I press the Smooth function twice in a row with the same soup in it?

No, if you would like the soup to have a smoother consistency, please use the Extra Smooth setting.

What is the Auto Clean function?

It gently heats the water and soap you add to the jug to clean the Soup Maker. You can also rinse the inside of the jug with water. Please do not submerge the Soup Maker in water and please do not run the outside of the Soup Maker under a tap.

Why is my lid not lighting up?

The lid may not be fitted correctly, please make sure you fit the lid properly. When it does so, there will be a loud ‘beep’.

Why has my Soup Maker stopped working part-way through a cycle?

The Soup Maker has a safety feature where it stops working if it becomes overheated. Leave it for about 30 minutes and then switch it back on.

How long can I use it for when cooking consecutive batches?

We recommend that you use it up to 3 runs consecutively. After that, please wait around 30 minutes before using it again.

How much produce / liquid should I use when filling the Soup Maker?

Be sure to add the produce before adding the liquid and only fill to between the min and max lines. Do not add the produce to the liquid as the volume will alter and may go over the Max line.

How do I cancel a setting?

If you would like to cancel a setting completely, please press and hold the ‘Select’ button for 3 seconds and the current setting will be cancelled.
