New Potatoes with Mustard

New potatoes really come to life when paired with mustard and work best as a side to beef dishes.

Use any mustard of your choice and try topping with some chopped spring onion and a squeeze of lemon juice to make a wonderful potato salad.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive or cooking oil

250ml water

750g new potatoes

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or other mustard)

Suitable for: Pressure King Pro 6L 20-in-1 Pressure Cooker

The Method

Add the water, put the steamer tray in and place the potatoes on top.

Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the STEAM function and adjust the time to 6 minutes then press START.

When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.

Carefully remove the steamer tray, discard the water then add the potatoes, oil and mustard.

Select the FRY function, press START and stir regularly for 1 minute, then press CANCEL.
