Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 celery stick, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
½ tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 x 400g can cannellini beans
1 courgette, finely chopped
70g small pasta, macaroni
1.2 litre vegetable stock
150g kale or spinach
Handful of basil, to serve
Finely grated parmesan, to serve
Salt and pepper to taste

The Method
Select the SAUTE function, add the oil and allow to heat. Add the onions and garlic for about 3 minutes until the onion begins to soften. Add the carrots, celery, bay leaf, oregano, tomatoes, tomato paste, dry pasta and vegetable stock (add more if needed so everything is covered) then press CANCEL.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the STEW/SOUP function and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Serve the soup with some basil leave and grated parmesan. Season to taste.
