Ingredients
2 x 125g Cod Fillets
½ lemon, zest and juice
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Olive Oil

The Method
Sprinkle the Cod Fillets with the Lemon Zest, season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Place the Olive Oil and Cod Fillets into the bottom of the CleverChef cooking pot, close the lid and select the FISH function, now TIME ADJUST to 10 mins, and press START.
Halfway through cooking, carefully open the lid and turn each Cod Fillet. Then close the lid and cook for the last 5 mins.
Squeeze the Lemon Juice over your Cod Fillets, serve and enjoy! We suggest serving alongside a Mixed Leaf Salad and Olive Oil dressing.
