Ingredients
1 tbsp olive or cooking oil
400g lamb, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
500g passata
1l lamb stock
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
200g orzo pasta
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Select the SAUTE function, then add the oil and allow to heat. Add the lamb and onion and stir regularly for about 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and stir for a further 2 minutes, then press CANCEL.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the MEAT function and adjust the time to 20 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the SLOW RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Serve sprinkled with grated cheese with some crusty bread on the side.
