Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (approx. 220g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ lemon zest and juice
15g fresh parsley, chopped
200g asparagus
Salt & Pepper

The Method
Light up your Adora Pizza Oven according to the instructions and allow it to heat up to cooking temperature (around 350°C). You can easily check the temperature with the handy thermometer on the door.
While the oven is heating up, use the removable handle to safely place your Adoro griddle pan in the oven to warm up.
Season the salmon and asparagus and coat with a little oil.
Carefully remove the hot griddle pan using the removable handle, place it on the heatproof wood mat, and place the salmon skin-side down in the pan, and add the asparagus. Return the griddle pan to the oven to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Mix the garlic, lemon and parsley together in a bowl.
Remove the salmon and asparagus from the oven and coat each fillet with the marinade, any left over marinade brush over the asparagus, put back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes
