Breakfast Wrap

Rise and shine! Fuel the day with the ultimate breakfast delight: a sizzling bacon and egg wrap that's as satisfying as it is delicious.

Ingredients

2 free-range eggs
1 tomato, sliced
30g spinach
1 tortilla wrap
2 streaky bacon
1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup

The Method

Add the streaky bacon to the Oven Tray and place this on the Tall Oven Rack, then put this on a microwavable plate to catch any juices while cooking. Add to the microwave.

Select the Air Fry function and set the cooking time to 10 minutes, then press Start. Turn halfway through.

In a ramekin or mug add 60ml of water. Select the Microwave function, the power will be on full (HIGH P100), press Start to confirm. Adjust the cooking time to 30 seconds with the control knob, then press Start. Crack the egg into the water. Gently slide a toothpick into the yolk, keeping it intact. Cover the ramekin or mug with clingfilm. Microwave the egg another 30 seconds on high. If you like your yoke more set, microwave in 10 seconds intervals until its cooked to your preference. Repeat for the other egg.

Place the tortilla on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for 10 seconds.

To serve, spread the tomato ketchup onto the tortilla, add the bacon, eggs, tomato, and spinach. Fold up one end, then fold in the sides. Enjoy!
