Blueberry Compote & Greek Yoghurt with Croissants
4 croissants (small)
100g greek yogurt
150g fresh or frozen blueberries
1tsp honey (optional)
Suitable for: Rapid Toaster
Slice the croissants in half and toast.
Tip the blueberries into a pan with 1 tbsp of water and the honey if using and gently simmer until the blueberries have realised their juices and some are still holding their shape.
You can either serve the yogurt and blueberries separate or mix together.
Spoon over the toasted croissant halves. Enjoy!
