Ingredients
2tbsp olive or cooking oil
10 chicken wings
150ml BBQ sauce
80ml water

The Method
Select the BROWNING function, add the oil and allow to heat. Add the chicken and cook for ~5 minutes, rotating regularly.
Press CANCEL, then add the BBQ sauce and water and stir to combine.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the MEAT function and set the time to 10 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the SLOW RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Select the BROWNING function and cook for a final ~5 minutes to reduce the sauce until thick and sticky, then press CANCEL.
