Ingredients
1 tbsp olive or cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1 medium potato, peeled and diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
500g frozen peas
800ml vegetable stock
200g chopped/shredded ham
salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Select the SAUTE function, add the oil and allow to heat. Add the onion and garlic stir regularly for 3 minutes until the onion begins to soften.
Add the peas, potato and stock and stir to combine.
Put the lid on and select the SMOOTH function.
When the program has finished, open the lid, stir in 2/3rd of the ham and season to taste before serving.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with the remaining ham.
