Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 leeks, chopped
175g leftover chicken, plus extra to garnish
650ml chicken stock
200ml cream
Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Select the SAUTE function, add the oil and allow to heat. Add the onions, celery and leeks and stir regularly for 2 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the rest of the ingredients, apart from the cream and stir to combine, then cancel the SAUTE function.
Put the lid on and select the SMOOTH function.
When the program has finished, open the lid and stir in the cream, season to taste. Serve in bowls with an extra chicken to garnish.
