Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced in to 2cm cubes
3 tbsp olive or cooking oil
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Add the diced chicken to a mixing bowl followed by the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Leave to marinate in the fridge for ~30 minutes to maximise flavour.
Add to the inner pot, then put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the MEAT function and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Drain any liquid, then select the BROWNING function and stir regularly for ~5 minutes to brown the chicken before serving.
