Ingredients
1 cauliflower, cut in to florets
5 tbsp olive or cooking oil
3 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
150ml water
100g flour

The Method
In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp of the oil along with the rest of the ingredients apart from the cauliflower, and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Add the cauliflower florets and stir until they are coated on all sides.
Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the inner pot then arrange the cauliflower on the bottom.
Close the lid, select the BAKE function and adjust the time to 30 minutes, then press START.
Half way through the cooking time, open the lid and rotate the cauliflower to crisp the other side for the rest of the program.
