Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (sliced)
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp of your favourite fajita spice mix
Salt & pepper
4 small wraps
Optional: sour cream, salsa, cheese

The Method
Add oil, chicken, peppers, onion, and fajita spice mix to the pot. Stir and cook for 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.
Place tortilla wraps on top of the filling, cover the pot, and let the steam soften them for 2 minutes.
Fill wraps with the fajita mix, add toppings, and serve!
