Pesto Pasta (PKP 4.8L & 5.7L)
This recipe is perfect for batch cooked pack lunches, and is so easy to make.
You can experiment by stirring in in olives, sundried tomatoes, or pine nuts to add a little more texture.
400g penne pasta
1 x 190g jar pesto
Add the pasta to the inner pot along with just enough water to cover the pasta.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the RICE function and adjust the time to 6 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Drain the liquid then stir in the pesto before serving.
