Ingredients
200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate) chopped
100ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh fruits (such as strawberries, bananas, apple slices)
Marshmallows
Biscuit pieces
Skewers or fondue forks for dipping

The Method
In your CleverPot, combine the chopped chocolate and double cream. Add the vanilla extract, if using.
Set CleverPot to LOW and stir the mixture gently until the chocolate is melted and smooth. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to stir regularly to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Once the chocolate is fully melted and smooth, switch off CleverPot. You can switch it back on if the chocolate starts to cool and thicken.
Arrange the fresh fruits, marshmallows, and biscuit pieces around the chocolate fondue. Use skewers or fondue forks for dipping.
