Broccoli Gnocchi (PKP 4.8L & 5.7L)
This quick veggie gnocchi is so tasty and is ready in under 10 minutes!
Serve topped with pine nuts and some grated Parmesan.
400g tenderstem broccoli
6 tbsp crème fraiche
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 lemon, zest and juice
200g frozen peas
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Add the broccoli and gnocchi to the inner pot followed by enough water to fully cover the ingredients.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the STEAM function and adjust the time to 3 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Drain the liquid from the inner pot, then select the SAUTE function.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to heat through for about 3 minutes, then season to taste before serving.
