Ingredients
1kg Chicken Wings
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
250ml barbeque sauce
Finely sliced spring onion

The Method
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (2-3 minutes).
Toss the chicken wings in the oil, with the seasonings and salt and pepper.
Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the fry basket and cook for 20 minutes (cook in batches depending on the size of fry basket).
Transfer the chicken wings to a large bowl, pour the barbeque sauce over and mix until all the wings are coated.
Place the wings back in the fry basket and heat for 3 – 5 minutes at 170°C.
Serve with a sprinkle of spring onions.
