Frozen Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

150g-200g frozen mixed berries

1 medium banana

75-100ml milk (dairy or plant -based)

2-3 tbsp natural yoghurt

2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

200g nuts (e.g. , almonds, walnuts, pecans, or amix of them)

Suitable for: Clever Chop

The Method

Add all smoothie ingredients to the Clever Chop: frozen berries, banana, milk, yoghurt, and maple syrup.

Pulse in short bursts until smooth and creamy.

Add nuts to the other bowl and pulse until roughly chopped (or finer if you prefer).

Leave the chopped nuts in the Clever Chop bowl with the airtight lid — they will keep for several days, ready to sprinkle on future smoothie bowls.
