Ingredients
1 tbsp olive or cooking oil
250ml water
750g new potatoes
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or other mustard)

The Method
Add the water, put the steamer tray in and place the potatoes on top.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the STEAM function and adjust the time to 6 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Carefully remove the steamer tray, discard the water then add the potatoes, oil and mustard.
Select the BROWNING function and stir regularly for 1 minute, then press CANCEL.
