Ingredients
200g macaroni
400ml water
200ml milk
100g grated cheddar
1tbsp flour
1tbsp butter

The Method
Add the water and macaroni to CleverPot, set it to HIGH and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the macaroni is al dente.
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the milk, butter and flour. Continue to cook on HIGH until the mixture begins to thicken. Stir frequently to avoid lumps.
Once the sauce is nice and thick, add the cheese and stir to ensure it’s completely melted.
Serve and enjoy.
