Ingredients
4 tbsp fresh white breadcrumbs
4 tbsp milk
225g pork mince
225g beef mince
2 tbsp grated onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp ground allspice
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp plain flour
300ml rich beef stock
100ml milk
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp single cream

The Method
In a mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs and milk and leave for ~2 minutes for the bread to absorb the milk.
Add the rest of the meatball ingredients, apart from the butter, and mix to combine.
Take 1 tbsp of mixture and roll it in to a ball. Repeat this process until you have used up all the mixture. You should have around 30-40 meatballs.
Select the BROWNING function, add the butter and allow to melt. Add the meatballs and rotate occasionally for ~6 minutes to brown on all sides.
Press CANCEL, then sieve in the flour and stir to combine.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the MEAT function and adjust the time to 5 minutes.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
