Ingredients
800g potatoes, peeled and quartered
500ml water
100ml single cream (or soured cream)
50g butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Add the water and potatoes, then put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the STEAM function and adjust the time to 8 minutes, then press START.
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Drain the water saving a little for later, then mash the potatoes with the cream and butter.
