Ingredients
200g grated Gruyère or Emmental cheese (or a mix)
1 tbsp cornflour
150ml dry white wine
1 clove garlic
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
To Serve: Bread cubes, veggies, or cooked sausages for dipping

The Method
Rub the pot with the garlic clove for flavour.
Set the pot to LOW and warm the wine.
Toss grated cheese with cornflour, then add it slowly to the pot, stirring until smooth.
Add nutmeg if desired.
Serve with the bread cubes etc.
If the fondue cools, you can turn the pot back on to keep it warm.
